Housing:
Housing will be available at the nearby LaQuinta (formerly Woodfield Suites) (walking distance or shuttle provided). Arrangements for those needing housing must be made as part of the registration process. If you prefer to make your own hotel arrangements, there are many hotels in various price ranges nearby and a list for you to choose from will be provided upon request.

IF YOU  REGISTER AFTER JUNE 1, 2007, YOU MUST PHONE THE REGISTRAR (888.246.3844) TO CONFIRM ROOM AVAILABILITY AND MAKE YOUR ROOM RESERVATION AT LaQUINTA. AFTER JUNE 22, 2007, RESERVATIONS WILL HAVE TO BE MADE DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL OF YOUR CHOICE .

Room prices (breakfast included):
One person in a suite = $102 per person, taxes included
Two people in a suite = $51 per person, taxes included
Three people in a suite = $34 per person, taxes included

Rooms arranged through the registrar are available in the following blocks only:
1. Checking in July 8 or 9 and checking out July 14, July 15 or July 18.
2. Checking in July 12 and checking out July 14, July 15 or July 18.
3. Checking in July 15 or 16, checking out July 18.

Roommate assignment will be made by the registrar. If you have a preferred roommate, please call
the registrar to make special arrangements.
