Case Studies
Clinical ethics involves the identification, analysis, and resolution of ethical issues that arise in the care of specific cases. Care issues at the bedside are when the principles and theories of bioethics and ethics in general as well as an individual's worldview are tested in real time.
The Center for Bioethics & Human Dignity actively encourages the development and commentary of clinical cases from a Christian worldview. Under the direction of Robert D. Orr, the Center's Consultant on Clinical Ethics, the clinical ethics working group participates in this important exchange. This working group includes among others: Daniel A. Beals, Robert E. Cranston, Susan Haack, Paul J. Hoehner, Steven N. Nelson, Gregory W. Rutecki, Martha Twaddle, and Ferdinand D. Yates.
Questions or comments regarding this working group may be sent to info@cbhd.org.
