The Reverend Doctor Scott Stiegemeyer has served as a professor of theology and bioethics and as a pastor of two congregations. Scott is originally from Kansas City, MO. He graduated from Concordia University-Ann Arbor, MI in 1991 and Concordia Theological Seminar, Fort Wayne, IN with a Master of Divinity degree in 1995. He later earned a Master of Arts degree in bioethics from Trinity International University, Deerfield, IL and a doctoral degree in bioethics from Loyola University in Chicago, IL. Scott writes and speaks often about bioethics, the theology of the body, and issues in contemporary ministry.
