  • Hyangjin (Joy) Park started as the Robert D. Orr Fellow in August. Joy is a PhD student in Old Testament at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.

Matthew Eppinette

  • Attended the American Society for Bioethics & Humanities annual conference in St. Louis
  • Presented a paper, “Will Posthumans be Persons,” at the Society for Christian Bioethicists Conference
  • Spoke on “The Disciple’s Witness” in chapel for Trinity Evangelical Divinity School
  • Presented “Living Faithfully in the Biotech Century,” a four-part bioethics study at The Orchard Church in Arlington Heights, Illinois
  • Co-Hosted, with Anna Vollema, a Pastors’ Reading Group on J. Todd Billings’ The End of the Christian Life: How Embracing Our Mortality Frees Us to Truly Live
  • Gave a lecture on Bioethics for an Introduction to Pastoral Counseling course at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School
