Keith Plummer (MDiv, PhD) is the Dean and Professor of Theology in the School of Divinity at Cairn University. Before teaching at Cairn, Dr. Plummer served as associate pastor at Our Saviour Evangelical Free Church in Wheeling, IL for 18 years. For ten of those years, he served as a volunteer police chaplain. He and his wife have two children who are Cairn alumni.
